Stockton Gets Something Right
I tend to post so many glum articles about Stockton that I feel obligated to post when something actually goes well in that community. This article details how owners rehabilitated a formerly dilapitated building downtown.
It still lacks occupancy .. the problem with the speculators market in downtown .. but at least its not an eye-sore and will perhaps inspire other building owners in the neighborhood.
